Thanks

So I have not been feeling really good since Monday night. I have been achy, coughing at night and hot and cold sweats off and on. Tuesday morning I was still feeling bad so I did not know what to do till I threw up for no reason. When that happened I had enough so I called Student Health and told them I needed to come it. When I got to my appointment the doctor came in looked at me and said "You look like crap, what are your symptoms" I told him my symptoms and he said with out a second thought "My guess is only 65% right but I think you have SWINE FLU" I asked if he was sure and he said yep. He asked me if I wanted the test or just to get a note to stay home for the week and see if that helps me get better. I said what would you do if I took the test and it came back positive for swine flu and he said he would give me a note to stay home for the week and send me home. So I just took the note and went home, emailed all my teachers, and went back to bed. I told my mom and she was a little scared but I told her I don't want to get anyone else sick and to stay home. I will just stay in my apartment and warn my roommates. Well yesterday my mom and sister sent me flowers. It was so nice of them. I really like the vase or mug that the flowers came in. I have some good moments and bad moments still. I have only thrown up one other time than Tuesday morning. I don't know if it was or is swine flu but whatever it is I am still not feeling like my old self yet. Last night I think was the worst but today I think it is just a cold. So I don't know! I will just wait it out like the doctor said I would have to and hope it does not get worse than last night! Thanks again Brittney and Mom! I love you guys!~Natasha

Aren't the flowers pretty!

What on Earth/Trip Home

This last weekend was September 17-19, 2009. I went home to help my mom get ready for a cousin reunion that is coming up and with Brittney's two children because her and Casey took a trip to Boise. During this trip home I also helped my uncle move a television which accedently fell and went to the store with my mom. When my mom and I got home from running the errands Baylee and Trysten wanted to climb on everything. At dinner Trysten got sick so we had to go home early. And they still wanted to climb on everything. That was just on Friday. On Saturday we got up did some work and then took the children to McDonalds because we promised Trysten that if he was good we would take him and he reminded us all morning so we finally took him and he was even good there. It was the first time that he went up to my mom (twice) and told her he had to go to the bathroom. I think he is almost 100% potty trained. Which is great from everyone that is with him on a daily basics. On Sunday I had a dinner party back at my apartment so I came back to Logan Sunday afternoon.

Now for the What on Earth of my title. Friday while I was getting ready for bed I looked down and there was a bruise on my leg. I had no idea where it came from. The picture below was taken yesturday so it has changed some colors since I saw it the first time. But when I saw it I actually said what on earth. Does anyone know where things like this comes from? Well back to studing. I hope all is well with everyone who looks at my blog.
Have a wonderful rest of your week.

One moment

One moment was all that it took for millions of people to loose their lives. So I think one moment of silence is what I think each of us should have done for them.
I remember where I was 8 years ago when this happened. I was sitting in my History class with Mr. Mariani, my junior year of high school. When over the entercom they said to stop what we were doing and turn on the news something bad has happened. Just as Mr. Mariani turned on the news the second plan was going into the building. That is basically what we did for the next couple of hours. No one was a loud to go to the bathroom, get a drink, or anything. Finally, they sent us all home, one class room at a time was escorted out of the building. I can't believe it has been 8 years since this happened. God Bless America.

First...

So this semester has been stressful but has not been that bad or hard to deal with what I have to do. Until today. The first bad thing all semester happened...

She came home and she was a little bit earlier than usual and I turn around from my computer and saw her in this. I asked "What did you do" She went on to tell me the story that she was riding one of the horses and it began to buck. When she tried to stop her from bucking it made the horse and herself un-balanced and they both fell over and the horse rolled on her then got up and step on her in 3 different spots on her arm. She did not want to go the the hospital but after blacking out for a few moments her boss called her mom and they both insisted that she did. This is what she left the hosptial with. Sorry Morgan. I know how she feels so last night I took her to the store to get some ice things and ib prophen and some dinner and I have helped her to do her hair last night and when she work up today. I don't know how else to help her but that. So that was the first bad thing that has happened this semester but I am totally glad it is not me!

First 2 Weeks of fun

So by the title of this post you may think that I have not done any school work during these first two weeks of school. Well I have I just don't want to post very much about that. However to make you all happy I am going to say. That all of my classes have a lot of reading as the homework for them. I read all day when I am not in class or playing with friends. I think you would all agree that if I read 24/7 I would not only go insane but I would all so not get much sleep. And if you really know me I need my sleep. Now one to the fun that I have taken a part in these first two weeks of school.
The first Friday of school was the Open House of IWA/ IMA. It went so great! I am excited for this year. We recruted some amazing girls. The first picture is of the presidency. The second picture is the girls that are in the presidentcy that are also in my ward.

Then the next day a group of us drove in to Tremonton and went to the Box Elder Rodeo. This was the first rodeo that I have ever been too. It was cool. I did not ride with Chris and Nikki but when my group got there I found them. This is them in the first picture below.

Believe it or not but in this picture below it was the half time show. It is a monkey in a sadel riding on a dog. It was crazy but good.

This next picture was all who was in the car that I rode with. Emily Olsen, Jani Masco (I think), Natalie Olsen, and I.

After the Rodeo we went into the fair and looked around. I touched a cow. I was for some reason scared to do it at first but when they didn't really do anything I didn't think it was all that bad.

The second week of school was full of studies until Friday then LDSSA held a Jello slide. I did not do it but I enjoyed watching my friends do it. They would jump into a little pool full of jello roll around in it, then get out and run to a tarp that was a big water slide that had been sprayed with water. They had a lot of fun. By the time they were done they were wet, sticky and Natalie got home with a pink bra.

Then lastly, last night Natalie,Emily and I went along with some guys and another girl to cliffs about a half hour south of Logan. Everyone but Natalie, Me and the other girl climbed the cliffs and jumped. I stayed in the raft and took pictures of them.

When everyone was done we went back to the fire pit and roasted hot dogs, marshmellows, and a few even roasted skittels. (sorry for the spelling if it is wrong)

It was so much fun to see everyone doing what they love and not being scared of what anyone else thought. These two weeks were enjoyable as well as full of learning. Until next time I hope you all are well and staying safe and having fun as well.
