I have been bad at blogging lately and I am sorry. I have been so busy! So to update you all on my life I thought I would give you a short summary of this year since the first is This Saturday. Wow!!! I can not believe how this year has flown by. To reflect on the last year I am going to go backward. Give you a summary of December and then I will give you one highlight from each month.
December- As you can tell by my new title I have gone through the temple. One of my dreams has finally came true. The day I thought would be amazing but amazing does not describe the day I had it was so much more than that. I learned and felt a lot. I did it a part of a Christmas gift to my mom which is why I picked the 17th because that is the day my parents got married. Even though I did it for my mom's Christmas gift it was a gift and a dream come true for me.
Also in December I had a fantastic Christmas. My sister's family could not come up on Christmas day so my mom and I just relaxed and got some things done. It was so good to just relax on that day. Then the next day is when we had our Christmas and my Grandma Hill came up we opened gifts and ate a fantastic dinner.
November- Of course the highlight of that month was Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful dinner and decorated my mom's house for Christmas and laughed at the kids.
October- My highlight was going back to Logan to visit some friends. I had moved back to Pocatello in July and so I missed all of my friends in Logan. It was so fun to see all of those friends and do some fun things.
September- The highlight of this month was that I got to help my sister give a baby shower to here friend Shannon. It was so much fun.
August-My niece was in a princess pageant and did very good. I was so glad to see her and she was so cute being on the stage. She did not want to get off.
July- My friend Sara and her husband Russ were home for a visit. They live back east so it was so good to see them. They were having a BBQ and I told them that I would try and come but not to count on me. Well I was able to go and I stayed until late. I did not get back to my mom's house until around 2 in the morning.
June-My friend Natalie got married. So my friend Lydia and I decided to drive down to Manti to see her. On the way down to the reception we stopped to stay at Lydia's friend's cabin and they did not want us to use the sheets on the bed and the only sleeping bag that I could find was a child's. Now I wish someone would have video taped me trying to stay warm and fall asleep because I am sure it was a funny site. I am so glad that I was able to go to Natalie's reception.
May-I walked through USU college graduation. My family, and two friends were able to be there to see me walk. I am still trying to finish my Spanish class so I can get that degree that I walked for. But I am glad that I was able to walk so that I could move home and save some money for this last year of my undergrad.
April- My IWA advisor, Sister Ruth Simmons and I threw my friend Emily a baby shower. Emily was the first friend that I got when I moved down to Logan that was not in my ward. We were friends from institute class and were friends from the first week. I was also a bridesmaid at her wedding. It was a surprise baby shower and I loved to see her face when she figured out what was going on.
March- Emily Olsen and I were in charge of the IWA activity of a holy ghost experience. It was so amazing to see how everyone reacted and then afterward to hear them talk to each other about what they felt.
February- Two of my roommates and I went sledding down Old Main Hill-Which is the biggest hill on USU campus. It was so fun and no one got hurt. I loved it. January- Was the start of my fourth semester being in the IWA-Abish chapter's presidency. I loved planning all of the activities and meeting all the girls. I miss being a part of it. One day I hope to go to one of the activities and see what has changed. I still talk to all of the friends that I have made while in IWA.
So that is my summary of my year. I wish I could have talked about more of my experiences threw out the year of 2010 but I think you all would get bored and I don't think it would have ever ended. 2010 was a long but fast year. I learn a lot this year and am excited to see what happens in 2011. Next time I blog it will be in 2011 so hope you all stay safe through the rest of 2010 and see you on the flip side.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you are stay safe and happy this holiday season! Since I am having my 25th Thanksgiving I thought I would tell you 25 things I am thankful for. (In no particular order!)
25) I have the ability to walk, talk, use my hands, see. I am so grateful that through my life I have been able to keep all of my limbs working.
24) I have a roof over my head. I see on TV that there are people all over the world sleeping out on the streets. And I don't have too.
23) I live in a free country! I think that speaks for its self!
22) A car! I do so much running around in the town that if I did not have a car I would not get everything done.
21) Temples- I don't have to go very far to see LDS temples, and I can go in them and do baptisms for the dead! Also they give a chance to be a family for eternity. I will get to see my earthly father again.
20) Challenges- I am surprising myself that I put this on my list of things I am thankful for. But I am because it makes me grow and they make me who I am.
19) Service- Yesterday my mom and I took a turkey, some potatoes, and cider to the food bank. Also since my mom had a bum leg she had people bring meals in and I am so grateful for those people that brought in meal to my mom and I.
18) Food- I also hear on TV that people are starving all around the world and I am not one of the people. I always have something to eat when I want it.
17) Bed- Also I TV I see people sleeping on cold streets where I have a warm bed to sleep in.
16) Beautiful places in the world- Being able to travel to different places I fill so blessed to see other beautiful things of God's creation.
15) Journal writing- I found one of my old journals and read it and I could not believe what I had written in it. It made me remember some old good and bad times. I love being able to relive those through my journal writing.
14) Clothes to wear- not everyone can cover themselves with warm clothes or even clothes out all and I do.
13) Dishwasher/Washer- There are people all over the world that eat or dirty dishes and wear dirty clothes. And because of the inventions of these two things I get to eat on clean dishes and wear clean clothes.
12) Laughter- every time I laugh I just fill better.
11) Snow- It looks so pretty looking at it and it also keeps it cold so I want to stay in and relax.
10) Aunts and Uncles- they keep me on my toes. And I love them and I am glad that I have them in my life.
9) School- Being able to go to school and learn was a great part of my life.
8) Projects- Keep people busy and if you put your heart and soul into them they turn out good.

Update since...last post
Wow I did not think that I was this behind in my blogging. But I have been so busy that I think I have better things to do. Now that it is the first Sunday of November I decided that I had time to blog. I also think that I will try and blog more often but I am not going to promise anything more than once a month. The first thing that I have done since I last blogged was see my Grandma Hill. I wish I had seen here more often but I am glad that she is getting the help she needs in Arizona. She came back to Pocatello and we had a dinner for her so we could see her.
Another thing that I have done was go to Idaho Falls to see my Aunt Callie, Uncle Dan, and Cousin Julie and then my mom, Trysten, Baylee and I went over to see my cousins Steve and Tara Kumpf and their boys.
I have also taken my nephew to swimming a couple of times.
I helped Brittney pick out Trysten and Baylee's Halloween Costumes. Trysten was batman and Baylee was Tinker Bell.
Then I made a much need trip to Logan. It was so good to see a lot of my friends. I went to Fire house and Batos. I also went to my first football game there and I poured on, I went to a improv performance and I went on stage to help with one of the things.
Then my family went to my Dad's grave to put flowers on it because it was his birthday. He would have been 52 years old this year.
Then I helped my sister take the kids to get their shots updated. The first picture below is what Trysten looked like on our way to Blackfoot.
The next picture is what Baylee looked like on our way to Blackfoot.
The next picture is how the kids were waiting for the doctor to come in.
The next picture was how Baylee looked after she got all of her shots.
The next picture is how Trysten looked after his shots and after we got him ice cream.
And this last pictures of the shot day is of Brittney being glad that the day is over.
Then Halloween had arrived so everywhere I looked people were dressing up.
And having parties. I went with Brittney to Trysten's school party.
Then every child went trick-or-treating.
Trysten has been hanging out all the time.
I met my friend's daughter Brynlee, they came to lunch with my mom, sister, Trysten, Baylee and I.
Last but not least I went to Karaoke with some friends. It was so much fun. And I think I would do it again.
So anyways that is what I have been up too and I have been having are good time. I hope this post finds you all well and happy.

Update
Things are going fairly good. I am still missing Logan but I love being with my family. Here is what has been going on. I go to Home Evening with the Highland Branch. The first photo is of the Family Home Evening leader, my branch president, Brother (counselor) and Sister Phillips.
The next picture is of me and two girls that are studying abroad and they are not LDS but they come to church as well as activities with us. They are so awesome and nice.
The next picture is of Bric trying to build a tower with the Jenga blocks. He did really well.
Then I have been spending a lot of time with my niece and nephew. They are so fun.
The first weekend of this month my friend Elicia came back to Pocatello from Rexburg for Conference Weekend to see her family. She also stopped to see me. She came with another friend of ours...Nathan and then she brought two more girls that we soon became friends. Then we went and played in a park. It was fun to see her and get new friends. The first picture is of me and Elicia. Then all of us girls at the park. Then me and Jill. Then me and Kim. The last picture of us at the park is of me and Nathan.
Then my sister's friend Shannon had her baby boy so I went to see him. They named him Kolton J.
My friend Charlene had her baby too. Charlene and Blaine named him Chaise William.
Congrats to both girls having their baby boys and I am glad all is well. I am still working on my Spanish class and hoping and wishing it would get done faster but I am just doing the best I can. I am also staying in contact with my friends in Logan and I am going to take a trip there in about two weeks most likely. I am so excited. The only other thing that has happened to me is I am now a relief society teacher and I taught my second lesson this last Sunday. And I am still looking for a job and a husband. LOL :)
