Another Wedding

Another wedding happened and it was my cousins wedding this time. Courtney got married to Mark. Courtney is the daughter of Gary Clark who is my mom's first cousin. The reception was beautiful and simple.


Baylee was my bud that whole night. I like being with my niece and nephew. Congrats Courtney and Mark!

WHO IS 2!!!!

Baylee!!! That is who is 2! I can not believe that she is 2. Life goes so face. She wanted a Princess Birthday so that is what she got. She loved her cake and her presents. My friend Ryan also came and Baylee like having a lot of friends there old and new. She was the center of attention and loved every moment of it.

If you have read some of my post before this one you will know that one of my good friends Natalie Jolley passed away. I found out when I was at my niece's pageant. Her viewing was Friday the 20th so I asked my friend Ashley to drive down with me so I could go and say thank you to Natalie for all she did for me. Ashley took the pictures of that visit. The first picture is of Natalie's cousin Jessica. The last semester in Logan Jessica and I became really good friends.




The rest of the pictures above are of things and pictures that were around Natalie who looked beautiful in her casket. I will be eternally grateful for meeting Natalie and having her in my life forever.

Logan

So after Lava like I said in the next post (sorry you will be reading these backwards) My roommates and I went back to Logan and went to bed. Then Tuesday I woke up and did some Spanish. Then my roommate Samantha asked if I wanted to go get Aggie ice cream with her. So I did.
Then at 4 I went over to see my friend Adrienne, Heidi and Alaura. Adrienne and I went to Taco Tuesday.

Wednesday my old roommate Morgan came to see me. And I packed the rest of my things. Then that night I went to Fire house with my friend Leah but I did not get a picture of us. Then I went to country swing dancing night to see my friend Ember and I did not get a picture of that either. However, being at dancing I also say my friend Alicia and Ryan Warren. Ryan told me I had to dance with him before I left and so I did.
Then Thursday my family came to help me load the truck and my car with the rest of my things and help clean my apartment. Then we all went to Olive Garden to get lunch before we headed back to Pocatello. On our way to Olive Garden I called my friend Emily to see if she could come eat with us and so she did. Baylee loved Emily's baby Rachel. It was good to see Emily.

It was a good couple of days in Logan and I am sad to have had to move but I know it is the best for me now. One day I hope to go back even if it is to just visit.

Then we got in the truck and car and made our way back to Pocatello. One time I looked back to see what my nephew was doing in the back seat and this is what I found. I could not reset getting a picture.

Lava

So on August 16, I drove to Logan to take a Spanish exam and to see some of my friends because I am moving back to Pocatello for the time being. And when I got to my apartment after the exam my roommates were talking about going swimming. So after some convincing we all got into my car and drove to Lava where my Pocatello ward was doing their family home evening. I had a lot of fun and I am glad that Samantha and Christina got to go with me. The pictures below are some that were taken that day.

And the Winner IS...

Baylee was in a princess pageant and she did fantastic. She was really beautiful and loved the stage. When it was not her turn Brittney had to take her away so she would not run up there. It was so great. These are some of my favorite pictures that were taken at the pageant.



There were many awards given and one queen award. Baylee got a princess award and got an award for best hair. I am so proud of her.

Carrie's Wedding

So there is a lot that I need to update but there things I want to say about each thing so I am going to do a lot of post today. The first thing that I have done since I last blogged was go to a wedding reception of my mom's friends grand-daughter. The bride looked beautiful. The decorations and such were wonderful. Here is a picture of the bride's mother and the bride and groom dancing.

It was a lot of fun to see this family. Congrats Carrie!!!

Natalie Jolley

This is my friend Natalie Jolley. She has been such an impersonation to me. She died this morning. It is defiantly a bitter sweet thing. She had cancer and she was in pain so I am glad that she is at peace. However, having her fight and being a part of her life seeing her so happy no matter the case made me a better person. I want to be more like her everyday. I hope she knows what she did for me. There are no words to express my love and thankfullness to this beautiful sister of God to me. I hope one day she will know that she is one of the people in my life that made me who I am and how much I am indebted to her. Natalie you will be deeply missed! Rest in peace and then play in heaven with all of the wonderful people that I know that are up there. Like my dad, grandpa, uncle, friend Jordan and many more. Keep a stop in the celestial kingdom for me I expect to see you there when I am done with my life here on earth.

Not much

Not much has happened since I last posted. I have been just watching my sister's kids and going to ward activities. So here are a few pictures that I have taken.

The cabin

I was just going to make this blog about this last trip up to the cabin but then I decided to make put 4 things on here that some people may or may not know about me.
1- I am the oldest of 2 girls. I love being the older sister about 65% of the time. Life with a younger sister and only a younger sister is rewarding. She is my best friend 100% of the time even though some people may think that we don't like each other most of the time.
2- I don't like foreign languages. They are the only reason I wish that I had a photographic mind. I wish I was someone that could memorize things like that. If you are someone who know another language use it a lot so you don't loose it. It is a real gift if you know it, love it, and use it.
3- I do not like the word 'HATE'. I think there is too much hate in the world already so when people say that word even if it is that you hate when someone does something or you hate a certain food I think that you are just feeding the hate in the world. I don't think that people should hate anything. You may not like something and that is fine. Hate is a curse word in my book. So for those who read this I challenge you to not use that word around me. Thanks!
4- From earlier in this post I said that the cabin that my grandpa had built for my family is my favorite place on earth so far. That is still true even at this part of my blog. But I want to repeat myself. I feel so relaxed up there in a very beautiful part of the world.
